Abduction

Two nights, Feb 13–14, headlined by nationally touring acts Contra, Hostage Situation, and Dêtre at Club Thirty IV in Gulfport, MS, presented by Area 34, Hiyote Productions, and MODE Collectiv — including an entire upstairs stage and chill-out area with video games and art installations by Individ and others, alongside a deep supporting bill that included Gargoyle MODE.

Camp Wubble — Hulaween Pre-Party

Area 34's own camp at Hulaween: a full day of sets running from Open Decks at 1PM through Ky Ingrosso, Anomaly, Dubboofer, SEVNN, and Peauxboi — Gargoyle MODE closed out the night at midnight, right before the afters took over till 4AM.

SEVNN & Gargoyle MODE — The Sanctuary

A night split in two: Dubboofer b2b Anomaly warmed up the experimental bass half, with LO.AF in direct support of Gargoyle MODE, then Missing Toast b2b Peauxboi turned up the heat leading into Nukem! with the night's headliner SEVNN closing out the riddim half in heavy fashion — visuals by Individ & coles14ww, at The Sanctuary.

Daytime sets on the sand: Area 34, Hiyote Productions, and MODE Collectiv ran a full lineup at Ocean Springs Front Beach, from Open Decks at 2PM through Anomaly, Hiyote, Dos Leches, The Jezereck, and Peauxboi — Gargoyle MODE took the 6:30PM slot billed as ExpBass, ahead of SEVNN closing out with riddim.

Area 34 brought the Get Wonked Tour through Club Thirty IV in Gulfport, MS with two stages running side by side — MODE Collectiv hosted one of them, and Gargoyle MODE took a 10:45PM slot alongside DJ Currie, Spank[y], The Jezereck, Dos Leches, and Dubboofer, upstairs from headliner WonkyWilla on the main stage.

Lacuna — Baton Rouge, LA

Before SoundSystem Session 001 even happened: Gargoyle MODE joined Caecus and Hunger Stones in support of KLO, Soohan, and Wake An Blake for Lacuna at Brickyard South in Baton Rouge — visuals by B.One.R, powered by VOID.

Gulchfest — Logan Ranch, WY

The furthest from home yet: three days, two stages, and a 40-plus artist lineup booked out at Logan Ranch, Wyoming, with Gargoyle MODE on the bill alongside the Gulch Roots Movement crew. The event was ultimately cancelled after last-minute local ordinances couldn't be met in time — love to the Gulchfest team for the booking regardless.

Lift Off Music Festival — Lebanon, TN

September 23–25, 2016: a three-day festival headlined by Riot Ten, with Gargoyle MODE tucked into a sprawling supporting lineup out in Lebanon, Tennessee — presented by Circle, Liftoff Productions, Flight Crew, and iD MGMT.

Herobust — Kress Live, Biloxi, MS

August 29, 2014. Gargoyle MODE went b2b as Electro Party Syndicate opening for national touring headliner Herobust at Kress Live, over a decade before most of the above.

Blood Sweat and Bass — Republic, New Orleans

Where the paper trail starts — February 28, 2014. 3rd Coast Music and 3VO presented drum & bass legend Dieselboy and Downlink at Republic New Orleans, with Gargoyle MODE on the supporting bill alongside Ajapai, Mantis, Kthulu Prime, Sugarbear, and Unicorn Fukr. The earliest date on record.
